MIKUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING JULY 12, 1973.
Meeting was held in the Municipal Office at 12 noon.

Present were: Reeve Alfred Gray, Councillors Barr, Couch, Hoar and Rickard.
Res. 427
Moved by Councillor Hoar, seconded by CounciIbr Couch that
By-Law 73-10, being a by-law to require owners of buildings to
connect to the sewage works be read a first time. Carried.
Res. 428
Moved by CounciTIor Rickard, seconded by Councillor Barr that
By-law 73-10 be read a second time. Carried.
Res. 429
Moved by Councillor Couch, seconded by CounciTIor Hoar that
By-law 73-10 be read a third time and finally passed. Carried.
Res. 430
Moved by Councillor Hoar, seconded by Councillor Couch that
the Reeve and Clerk be appointed to the Steering Committee for
Regional Government. Carried.
Res. 431
Moved by Councillor Couch, seconded by Councillor Rickard that
the meeting adjourn. Carried.
