A special meeting of the Town Council was held on March 10,
1959 at the Town Hall Bowmanville.
Mayor W. Carruthers in the chair. All members present.
Moved by Councillor K. Lathan~e,
Seconded by Reeve W. Hig~on,
And resolved that the mover be granted le"ve to introduce a By-Law
to govern and regulate the finances of the Town of Bowmanville
for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1959 and the said By-Law
be now read a first and second time. carreed

And resolved that the mover be granted leave to
to authorize the 1959 expenditures on Roads and
