Resolution #C-874-82
Moved by Councillor Taylor, seconded by Councillor Hubbard
THAT the recommendation of the General Purpose and Administration
Committee relative to By-law 82-159, be approved.

Moved by Councillor Hubbard, seconded by Councillor Taylor
THAT leave be granted to introduce by-law 82-159, being a by-law
to authorize the execution of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale
with H. Bout, and the said by-law be now read a first time.

THAT the second reading of by-law 82-159 be approved.
