Hammond Proposes Apartment Waverley Conflict of Interest "CARRIED" Mr. Harold Hammond, on behalf of the residents of Waverley Gardens in Bowmanville, presented a petition in opposition to the rezoning application of land at Quinn and Waverley submitted by D'Angelo (P & G) Homes Ltd. and Pedan Enterprises Ltd. This would permit the construction of an apartment building. Mayor Rickard declared a Conflict of Interest in the rezonin9 for Automotive Plastics Paint Mf9. Road Closing By-laws - 2 - October 18 1982 Mr. Marty Klein, of Fletcher McKay Mack and Kisbee, was present to answer any questions on behalf of Automotive Platies Paint Manufacturing Ltd. relative to Item 8 on the General Purpose and Administration Committee Report and By-laws 82-148 and 82-149. He stated that he was in agreement with the change to the development agreement, as set out in the amendment presented by the Planning Oi rector. Mayor Rickard resumed the Chair. Mr. Harrison was not present. No person appeared to speak to Road Closing By-laws 82-150, Park Street, Village of Newcastle or By-law 82-151, Lots 16 & 17 Cone. 4 Darlington, Plan 10R-1466.
