Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council
held on Thursday, May 13, 1982, at 7:00 p.m.,
in the Council Library, Town Hall.
Present Were: Mayor G. B. Rickard
Councillor A. Cowman
Councillor D. Hamre
Councillor M. Hubbard
Councillor M. Prout
Councillor R. B. Taylor
Town Clerk. David W. Oakes
Absent Were: Councillor E. R. Woodyard
Also Present: Chief Administrative Officer, D. N. Smith
Treasurer, K. Campbell
Purpose of the Special Meetin9 of Council:to deal
with the proposed Library Construction Project.
Resolution #C-348-82 (~)
Moved by Councillor Hubbard, seconded by Councillor Taylor
THAT Council take no action on the proposed Library
Construction Project pending a report on the Wintario
Application from the Minister;
AND THAT Mayor Rickard report to Council on the
results of his discussions with the Minister.
