THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2006-072
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2004-025, being a by-law to
appoint Members to the Clarington Library Board
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington passed By-law 2004-025
appointing members to the Clarington Public Library Board;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington has received a
resignation from one of the members of the Clarington Public Library Board;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT REOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That By-law 2004-025 is amended in section 1. be deleting the name
"Mayor John Mutton" and replacing it with the name "Councillor Charlie
Trim".
By-law read a first and second time this 3rd day of April 2006.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 3rd day of April 2006.
